Information you actively provide to us when you apply for a job ("Application Data"):
When you apply for a job you provide us with certain Personal Data such as name, email address, and phone number, as well as your resume/CV and cover letter which may contain additional Personal Data we need to process your application.

Third Country Data Transfers
Corel Corporation’s principal place of business is in Canada, which is a "Third Country" under the GDPR, Swiss Data Protection Act, and the UK GDPR. However, in accordance with the decision 2002/2/EC of the European Commission Canadian commercial organizations such as Corel Corporation are deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection.
If you apply from Europe, your personal data will be transferred to ADP LLC in the USA once you submit it through the Website. Despite your data leaving Europe, ADP will ensure an adequate level of protection for Personal Data collected from applicants based in Europe at any time. Sensitive Personal Data
Successful applicants will be required to provide the Alludo hiring entity with a valid Social Insurance Number, photo, and identification. We may disclose this information to our background check providers, affiliated entities, and professional advisers. We use this information to process your application or other limited purposes permitted under California law.
